Ordering

 Q.  I want to order the 4CDs but  do not have a referring agents number?   A.  All orders need a referring agents number, before ordering email me with as much information as possible as to how you came to the SoftBiz4u website, I can usually work out which agent referred you. 

Q.   I am outside the UK and want to order the 4CDs but I do not yet have a PayPal account, how can I get one?  A.   Opening a PayPal account is easy and very safe to use, for a complete explanation of how it works  just click here >>> PayPal Explained                                                               

Q.   I am outside the UK and paid for the 4CDs by PayPal but they have not arrived?   A.   I know that mail sent overseas sometimes gets lost, if they do not arrive after 2 weeks from order date, email me and I will send a new set.

Q.   I am outside the UK and I paid via Paypal, but I am not satisfied and want a refund?           A.   Just post the package back and as soon as it arrives I will refund you through your PayPal account.   

Promoting

Q.   Do I have to post CDs, marketing material, etc?  A.   No, I handle all the duplication, posting and supply marketing material.

Q.  Do I need my own Website to promote the SoftBiz4u 4CD collection?  A.   No, you just refer potential customers to this website, but you can have your own free webpage page  at this site, click the PromotingSoftBiz4u link above.

Q.  I have been promoting the SoftBiz4u Website,  how do I know if I have made any sales?  A.  All orders are confirmed on the day of order to the referring agent and their customer by email.  

Agents Payments

Q.  Is this a multi level plan?  A.   No, a single agents fee of £25/$50 per sale.

Q.    How are my agents fees paid?  A.   In the UK by cheque, or Paypal if you prefer. Outside UK by PayPal. 

Q.   When are my agents fees paid?  A.  As soon as your referral is happy with their purchase and registers as an agent.
